Pet care experience
My love for animals has been prominent since the age of 3, and I've been caring for them since I was 13. I grew up with a papillon mix, and my sister and I have a labrador mix. Both were rescues with very ingrained behavioral issues, as they were 5 and 3 years old, respectively. So, I'm familiar with constant tension on a leash, as well as them going crazy over other dogs (just anxiety, really). They're both much better behaved after years of training and YouTube videos. I have several years of experience with dog/cat-sitting, as well as babysitting overnight w/dogs in the house.
Reviews
Anessa watched/walked our pup at our hotel in SF. Great communication and shared photos on how our pup was doing. Thank you!
Anessa was so great! She provided us daily updates with pictures, was respectful, and responsive. Will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future :)
Took great care of our pups and our apartment. Responsive, reliable, great communication, excellent dog photographer.
Anessa is amazing! She is very thorough with her drop in reports, I appreciate her attentiveness and her help to even water my plants! I would definitely come back to Anessa again.

Safety, trust & environment
I take care of dogs, children, others, etc., as if they were my own. I'm cautious, attentive, & caring, and I will only treat your dog with genuine love. My dogs mean the world to me, and I could only assume yours do, as well, to you. I've gotten in between dogs that were fighting to keep them safe and ended up getting bit, and I would do the same for yours. I can't board pets in my apartment because dogs aren't allowed in the building, but that's the only reason I don't offer that service. If you have any special requests for your dog (e.g., "Don't let them near other dogs", " Don't tell them 'no'. ", etc.), let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Information Anessa R. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to know ahead of time if there are any triggers (environmental, auditory, social, physical, etc.) for your dog. This way I can anticipate their needs and do my best to have a smooth time with them.
A typical day
A typical day varies from dog to dog, depending on their individual interests/needs. Overall, though, a typical day consists of plenty of exercise - going for a long walk, playing with toys, and/or running around a park. I like to let dogs smell, explore, and take in the world around them.

Availability
My schedule is pretty open and flexible. I should be available most weekends, but it's not guaranteed and I'll let you know as soon as possible. Extra info: I have a degree in psychology, and I did pre-med in undergrad... Ultimately decided that wasn't for me, so I started learning to code (for app development), and then decided that also wasn't really for me. Now I'm doing stuff with art/singing/blah blah blah, which means I don't have set hours. So, if you have last-minute or late-night inquiries, there's a good chance I'll be available. :)
