Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life, both as pets and as a working dogs. I can’t picture my life with dogs in it. It’s a lifestyle. My last working dog was a search dog named Gordie (after the hockey player Gordie Howe.(both retired). My current dog Stan is a golden retriever who is awesome. He is 100% a pet. He is great with other dogs and will most certainly make your dogs walk/ stay that much more memorable- I can’t guarantee that your dog will want to leave after staying with me. I live minutes away from the Greely Loop and I am a daily fixture there - rain or shine you can find me there with Stan. Also first aid trained. Hope to hear from you soon.

Andy is wonderful with our two golden retrievers. I can tell from the pics he sends how much they love going for a walk with him. It’s like a new adventure every day. Andy is awesome walking them even in the nastiest of weather and drying them off really well too. Super, caring, flexible, and a true dog-lover. You couldn’t ask for better.
We booked Andy to help with dogsitting for our wedding. Andy was great with Winston, communicative and flexible with the schedule. Winston had a wonderful sleepover with Andy! We would definitely recommend to others :)

My preference when looking after your pet is to compliment your style of training and living. If he/she uses a crate, then so will I. If he/she sleeps on the couch, then they will do the same here.
A typical day
I always speak with the owner at the initial meet and greet to discuss the dogs needs, like, dislikes. When walking at the Greely Loop, I tend to use the baseball diamond for of leash runs as it is fenced.
