Pet care experience
I've never lived a day of my life without a dog in it. I currently have two Shiba Inu puppies and a Golden Retriever. Before them, I had two other Golden Retrievers as well. I've taken care of neighbor's, friend's , and family's pets since middle school, which ranged from Chihuahuas to German Shepherds. My Shiba puppies have given me plenty of experience with handling smart dogs who take a little extra time to handle. My previous Golden Retriever was a rescue who needed rehab for a bad leg and that sweet girl taught me how rewarding patience can be. Whether it's a puppy or senior, big or small, friendly or reserved; I'm ready and experienced for the task at hand!

I'm going to treat every dog like it was my own and nothing less than that. I'll do my best to make sure they're happy and safe while in my care. It is priority one to make sure every dog gets proper exercise, stimulation, and nourishment during my visits/walks. While in the home, it's equally important to make sure everything stays clean and orderly for both you and your dog. Everything should be exactly how you'd expect it to be upon arriving back to your home.

Anything schedules or special needs for your pets. Do they prefer to be walked somewhere or have any special spots? Any specifics for pre/post walk care such as making sure water is replaced if they're big on after walk water breaks. Overall anything to make the experience as comfortable as possible for them and as easy for you!
A typical day
I like to pride myself on patience, especially with animals, so your dog will get to take the walk at whatever pace they like! Running, stopping for smells, or just a nice long leisurely stroll, it's all good by me. I think of myself as the guardian of your pet just making sure they're safe while they get to do what ever makes them happiest!

I'm currently a student pursuing an online degree, so my schedule is extremely open and flexible. I currently have no set times for classes and can work them around to make sure I'm available.
