Pet care experience
I am a lifelong pet owner, and experienced pet-sitter. I have house-sat and pet-sat for 4+years now, and have found a knack for developing quick, loving bonds with furry friends just like they're used to. There's really nothing like the peace of mind that your animals are under empathetic, kind, and animal-oriented care while ou are away.

Andrew was an excellent house/pet sitter for my big old dog Tarzan. Tarzan can be a handful sometimes because he’s old and doesn’t get around all that well, but Andrew was able to handle him no problem. It seemed as tho they bonded while I was away for 6 days. I’m definetly using Andrew again!
Andrew is a excellent pet sitter and a calming presence as my pets got along with him pretty well. He also sent detailed updates and let me know what was happening and follow the schedule and gave the let's love they needed.

An agreement and written instructions are always requested from the client (as simple as a text with care instructions). I want to be very clear on my expectations of care while I am with your pet, they're a family member. I have dealt with elderly pets, pets with behavioral issues, and other types of animals so nothing is much of a surprise, and care can always be adjustments made depending on the situation! As far as a general answer: My dog, Reese (Rottweiler Mix), is just about the happiest guy in the world! He loves going for runs, is walked every day, fed yummy treats, and is given so many snuggles he doesn't know what to do with all of them! I hope that can ease your mind, and if you want to chat any further, just send me a message!

Please let me know if any behavioral issues, feeding or medical needs, or any other special/pertinent info regarding your pet. My dog does have a slight issue with other larger alpha males, and there is an elderly/disabled household member living with me, so I am not able to board/doggy day care.
A typical day
A typical day will be rousting the beasts, making sure everyone is comfortable/gone potty, and then (depending on feeding schedule), they are fed! Afterwards, we go for a walk on our large county road for about 2-3 miles. Returning, the doggies will get a treat. Now it is time for fetch/free play in the big, fenced-in yard. Usually my dog takes a rest at this time, but occasionally we go run around in the large, separate fenced in farmland as well. Dinner time rolls around a bit later and usually I will spend the evening snuggling, light play, or letting the dogs breathe.

Availability
I build my own schedule currently, so just shoot me a message to work out care for your pets! My availability is usually open for house-sitting and drop-ins as my work is almost exclusively done on the computer. I am not available for doggy day-care or boarding at the moment, there is an elderly/disabled household member living with me currently; but am available to drop in, dog walk, and house-sit as a trustworthy, dependable go-to 😃. There's nothing I love more than taking a doggy on a great, big adventure.
