It’s such a pleasure dealing with a true professional during these days of poor service and negative attitudes. Andrew has a great knowledge of pets, pet care and genuinely cares about my dog, Birdy. She can be a little timid with new people but Andrew has been able to gain her trust very quickly and now she is always so happy to see him. Her wagging tail is the best testimony to Andrew and how loved he is by my dog. Andrew is always very punctual, courteous, professional, accessible, and ready to answer any questions that you may have. Whenever my dog is picked up, I know she is in good hands and she will have a day full of long walks and even longer naps once she gets home. I trust him whole heartedly with Birdy.
