Andrew is amazing on so many levels. Firstly, Andrew has been very thoughtful and communicative. He responded to my inquiry within an hour (when I urgently needed to find a cat sitter a couple days before traveling—nothing was better than a highly responsive sitter!). We were able set up a meet-and-greet session on exactly the same day. My cat needs extra attentions, for he started to show symptoms of tooth absorption. Andrew carefully listened to all my instructions, asked further questions, and wrote detailed notes EVERYTIME he visited. Not to mention 5-6 awesome pictures of my cat, the food tray, and even the litter box (so as to make sure my cat’s digestion is normal). Clearly he was on top of everything. What’s more, Andrew not only helped to pick up my Chewy delivery when the cat supplies were running low. He offered extra visits during the weekends, because he wanted to keep my cat company, making sure if my cat was doing okay. AND…He even volunteered to vacuum the living room, in which I am sure was a bit messy (thanks to my cat and the cat scratcher). I was blown away… How thoughtful! I highly recommend Andrew. He is affectionate with pets, tentative, companionate—just wonderful. It has been a great pleasure working with Andrew. I cannot express how thankful I am. Thank you, Andrew!
