Pet care experience
My wife Krista and I have cared for animals almost our entire lives. We collectively grew up with small dogs, large dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, and a turtle. We have experience providing drop-in visits for family and friends. We love animals for the joy they bring to our lives and through their own personalities. We realize that each of our pets need different amounts of attention, but the same amount of love. We have experience providing medications (other than injections) to our animals (Oral, Ear, Topical) and are comfortable doing so if asked. We love taking photos of our calico, Judy, and are more than willing to do the same with your pets! We'll send you videos and photos of your pets at each visit to keep you updated!

Andrew and Krista have stayed with our beautiful Amber dog. ( A high energy Vizla.) We needed them to stay overnight with her. Feed, water, let her out for potty breaks. They also took her for her daily walk. Amber loved them and we found them to be great. Very outgoing and all positive energy. A+++
Krista and Andrew looked after our cat for a week when we were out on vacation. We requested they stop by every two days to check on our cat and make sure she had fresh water, replenish her food bowl, make sure her litter was clean, and keep her company for a bit each visit. They went above and beyond taking great, loving, care of our fur baby, treating her like their own and even sent us photos of her while we were away. They were exceptionally neat when inside our home. Krista and Andrew are trustworthy, loving, responsible pet sitters and highly recommend them!

We will come to your home as we feel that our pets are most comfortable in their own space. Let us know what your pet needs/ requires/ likes and we will ensure they are happy and well taken care of, just as you take care of them. Safety, happiness, and love are how we roll. We understand how important it is to find the right sitter for your pet and yourself. We are able to crate your pet if need be and are always on call for you. Please provide your vet information in case of emergency.

Please let us know ahead of time if your pet(s) has special requirements or behavioral tendencies so we know what is normal to expect. (i.e. Does your dog get nervous around other dogs/ people? Is your cat an indoor cat only? Do they easily overheat on hikes? Does your dog enjoy walks, but easily tires because they have 3 legs? etc.)
A typical day
We are always on the move and love enjoying this amazing Big Island. We want the best experience for your pet and if they're used to a walk around the neighborhood or enjoy going to the beach for a sunset, we'll make it happen for them. If your pet has a special routine, plays hide and seek, or obsesses over a favorite toy to fetch, they won't get bored with Krista and myself!

We both have flexible schedules that benefit your pet's care and attention. Exercise and playtime with our calico, Judy, is a normal part of our every day routine, so spending time with your pet fits right in to our day!
