I've been caring for pets as long as I can remember and they are very important to me. Growing up I had multiple dogs and cats and chinchilla it was a fur loving home. I started sitting at 13 years old and have been watching neighbors, family and friends pets ever since. I am no stranger to adminstering most medications (if need be) and have experience dealing with pets with disabilities and rambunctious personalities.

Andrew was wonderful. For each visit, I received a picture and update and he was very timely in responding to my communications.
Andy was an incredible sitter for our cat, Lincoln. He was highly responsive throughout the entire process, and he provided thorough check-in summaries with pictures, which really helped ease any concerns about our pet while out of town. Lincoln is not always the nicest to newcomers, and Andy did a great job navigating Lincoln’s defensiveness
Andrew takes great care of our dog! He’s very reliable and also flexible which we appreciate given our schedules are busy and change frequently.
Andrew is a reliable, courteous and proactive sitter. He was extremely communicative, adding a sense of humor and whimsy to his check-in updates and photos. We are very happy we selected him and would not hesitate to book him again.

I currently live in a 1000 sqft apartment and have access to multiple local parks and dog parks as well as local family yards that are fenced and have hosted many pets over the years (Including a visiting horse!)

Please be sure to tell me of any disabilities or injuries your pet may have! Information about their temperment, best practices when greeting your pet, behavioral triggers (ie. Be careful if he see's a squirrel; She may bark at mail carriers etc.) and things to avoid (large crowds, loud noises, other dogs, etc.) PLEASE INCLUDE THE NAME OF YOUR VETERINARIAN/EMERGENCY VET IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.
A typical day
Long walks and fenced in yards are the name of the game. We will explore local areas like Garret Mountain, Rifle Camp Park, Brookdale Park and various parts of the Lackawanna and Lenape trails. I also have a family yard that is fenced and perfect for fetch, relaxing and running through sprinklers (weather permitting). We can also take trips to various local dog parks (with prior permission and planning).

Availability
I work locally and will soon be working remote with a very flexible schedule. I try to travel weekends in the winter but with enough notice I can be flexible.
