Ever since my parents told me yes to getting a dog as a child, I’ve had a pet. Whether it was dogs, cats, hamsters, lovebirds, fish, frogs, turtles and many more, I’ve loved them all. I love to care for our furry friends and give them comfort in this strange human world they live in. My current dog, Vali, has been in my life for thirteen years now. We have lived and walked together through four states and four climates. We’re a team, her an I, and we enjoy each others’ company like nothing else! She gets me out of bed in the morning and active during the day when the weather is being bogus! Her joy for nature and rolling in the grass has taught me fundamentals about nature itself. We’re all terrestrial beings and maybe we should all stop and sniff the flowers from time to time. #dogwisdom
