FENCED YARD, (almost) ALWAYS HOME
Pet care experience
Started dogsitting when I was in grade school. We said goodbye to our 15-year-old mutt last summer. We looked around awhile and found Cosmo, an 8-month-old doodle who’s he's great with other dogs — wants to play, but takes correction and doesn't dominate.
Reviews
Andrew has been absolutely wonderful with my little Charlie . Andrew is great at keeping open communication with pictures and updates on how the Charlie's daycare is going ..10 out of 10 would recommend.
First time using Rover and it went so well! Andrew and family were great- kind and communicative. They were even ok with a pickup on Christmas Eve. Thank you!
My senior dog had a great time with Andrew and his family. Very communicative, attentive and reassuring.
Andrew and his family did a great job caring for Max. They have a very nice, safe home environment. Also appreciated the updates with photos during daycare.

Big, fenced yard: can go outside as needed/wanted, on demand. Quiet, low-traffic neighborhood. During the day, welcome to chill near/with us, by themself, or crated if desired. Nighttime arrangements as needed — ideal is to keep to the schedule that you've already established and your dog expects. Small(er) dogs allowed on furniture, and/or beds.

Information Andrew C. would like to know about your pet
Schedule — meals, treats, naps, etc. Apparent likes/dislikes, aversions (if any). Bathroom habits. Commands & cues (if any). Anything that will help your dog to be happy while it's here!
A typical day
Fetch, tug, chase — indoors and out. Leashed walks around the neighborhood. Inventory the yard: sniff shrubs & bushes and the varmint what's been burrowing under the shed. Bark at the neighbor cat. Catalog kitchen aromas and maintain proximity to all foodstuffs. Enjoy scheduled and unscheduled treats. Sleep it off in a quiet corner or at my feet or beside me on the couch. Greet the kids & mom when they get home from school — plus the odd guest & visitor (like the grandparents) who drop by and are delighted to make your acquaintance. Cuddles and pets as desired. Lots of attention! Your dog will not be alone unless it wants to be. We will be overjoyed to meet your dog and sorry to see it go. My goal is for your dog to get so comfortable here that they're almost sorry when you come to pick them up.

I work in sports publishing and am home all day. Our two kids (16 and 13) both love dogs — we're the family who stops in the park to pet every furry friend we can!
