I think animals would describe me as being fun and caring and humans would say I’m friendly and trustworthy. I understand you need to know your pet is in safe hands and I can assure you that I’ll look after your four legged friend like I do my own. I live with my 14 year old Jack Russell (Bonnie), my 2 cats (9 year old Jimmy & 6 year old Freddie) and my partner (called Cat!). I’m flexible in the services I offer and will adjust to the needs of your dog or cat. Wether they require long walks, ball chasing and exploring or if they need a shorter walk and some love and attention I’m happy to accommodate. Likewise at your home or mine, I’ll happily have lots of play time and interaction with toys or if they like to snuggle and rest that is also fine. I’ll listen to special requests, needs or routines that your dog may have and will do my best to make sure they return happy and with a new friend. I’ve always loved and been around animals and in particular dogs. From a young age I was eager to look after and play with family, friends or neighbours pets and now I have my own little family. I’ve also had rabbits & guinea pigs in the past. I trained Bonnie myself and often get comments at the park/vets about how well trained she is. She’s also had a few operations over the years so I know how to give them the love and care they need on the road to recovery. Both of our cats are rescue cats and I actually rescued Jimmy myself. He wasn’t chipped or claimed and after 2 weeks of looking after him while we tried to find his owner he ended up staying with me & Bonnie. At 7am one Saturday I was woken up with a stray dog in a poor condition barking outside my bedroom window. After walking around with him for a couple of hours trying to find his owner I ended up homing him for the weekend until an animal shelter was able to collect him. Sadly he wasn’t chipped or claimed either but I called everyday to check how he was and to see if he had been re-homed. He was very close to joining the family! I stayed up all night with an old cat (Charlie) while she gave birth to kittens. We looked after them until we found loving homes and one of them (Tiggs) is with my sister. I also looked after 2 of Bonnies siblings (Rocky & Amor) for 6 months when they were puppies
