We have an 11lb Dachshund Yorkie mix "Dorkie," named Fisher. He is our fur child, our best friend, and our Baby Yoda. Fisher has lived with us for almost 9 years. I am a huge animal lover, and have cared for dogs most of my life. Growing up, my family always had at least one dog or cat in the house. I know first hand how much joy dogs bring into our lives. I understand that all dogs are individuals with different personalities and needs. I am very sensitive to what a dog needs and what helps them to feel comfortable. My goal is to provide safe and comfortable care for your dog, because I know how important they are. We have used Rover's services for our own dog so I understand the need to find a responsible caretaker for your dog. I'm so excited to meet your furry friend.

Kiko always has a great time with Andres. We heard he may not be doggie sitting as much and are heartbroken! On the last visit, i forgot one of Kiko's toys at Andres' house, and he ACTUALLY DROVE IT OVER TO MY HOUSE! It was incredibly thoughtful!
Andres was very considerate. We had a last minute request (due to a funeral) and he made the whole situation much easier. His place is beautiful and near lots of great walking trails. We appreciated what a good job he did with our little fella. We will definitely ask for him to dogs again!
Andres is an Incredible dog companion. He is very empathetic, conscientious and responsible. He loves animals and treats them as friends, caring for their needs both physical and emotional. Like people dogs need attention and kindness which Andres provides effortlessly. He also is attuned to their more basic needs, from walking and feeding to knowing if a dog is not acting normally and may need medical attention. All in all, Andres would make an excellent dog sitter for Rover, and many happy canine customers will be the proof.
Andres and I grew up together in a home unreasonably full of cats and dogs. Andres was every kitten, puppy, and labrador's absolute favorite friend--after our animal healer grandmother, of course. He's gentle and intuitive, but also ready for some fun active play. A while ago, I saw a clip of Andres giving a dog a massage for an art show. It was so relaxing just to watch! Andres has raised his little dog with his wife, Julia, and done a wonderful job giving him a loving amd responsible home. Their litter dog Fisher is the kind of dog we would let our kids hang out with! If I had a dog, I would certainly send him over to Andres for some loving and responsible fun.

A typical day
My wife and I live 5 minutes from Ernest Debs Park, where there are tons of hiking trails and Debs Pond. I love spending time outdoors so if that what your dog likes to do I am totally down. I love to play with dogs, so we will have a lot of fun together, but I wont be too pushy because I know dogs have different personalities so I will take my time to let them get comfortable. Our home will provide a clean and cozy environment for your special buddy.
