I was out of town for a business engagement and the neighbor who was sitting with Charlie, my 2-year old Cocker Spaniel phoned to inform me that she had a family matter that required her urgency. A trusted family friend referred me to Andrea. I phoned leaving her a message explaining my issue only to receive a prompt and courtesy reply back within the hour. I explain that Charlie can be temperamental with strangers; she assured me she had experienced this before. She understood the situation I was facing and agreed to meet with my neighbor to gain entry into my home. I arrived home a few days later to find Charlie and Andrea playing outside, which I pleased me to see she was taking the time to let Charlie enjoy the outdoors as to not be cooped up inside all day. I found Andrea to be very warm and inviting, she carries a great sense enjoyment from what she does. I highly recommend and will defiantly use her service again in the future.
