Andrea is a very patient and caring individual, who will go out of her way to ensure the best for people and pets. Andrea spent countless hours working with my current female black lab, Lylah and our previous German Shepard - Weimaraner mix, River. Both dogs required extensive mental and physical exercise to ensure their greatest level of mental stability to eliminate behavioral problems. Andrea always displayed traits of consistency while at the same time remaining calm and understanding of the animal's background. This understanding allowed her to personalize the training techniques used for each animal. I have seen Andrea work with more challenging animals and she was able to establish a level of dominance demonstrating her position in the "pack."
