Andrea is professional, punctual, reliable, detail oriented, and attentive. During her visits, she took very detailed notes, recorded videos, and took photographs. In the past, Leo has shown anxious behavior when left alone. However, we did not need to worry, as we learned he was in great hands. When we returned from our trip, Leo was as happy as can be with no signs of a UTI. Andrea ensured Leo's bowls were filled, as well as his "fancy fountain" that he likes to drink from.
