***8/4/20: Due to an injury I'm no longer able to house sit or walk dogs. Thank you to all of my clients, I will miss you and your pups!*** My name is Andrea (Andi), and I love all types of animals! I grew up with many different kinds of pets and miss them dearly. I now have three rescue cats of my own, after my senior cat crossed the rainbow bridge last year. I also help care for my brother's high-energy rescue dog when I visit, and was a caretaker for the family's husky growing up. I am definitely familiar and comfortable with grooming, feeding, cleaning up after, and of course playing with dogs and cats. Our pets are so dependent on us and thus I am devoted to bringing high levels of care and consciousness when interacting with animals. Since I volunteer and work full time, my schedule is not as flexible or open as it was when I was a student but I love, love, love doing Rover and so will try to make things work to the best of my abilities. Besides my experience with my own pets and walking relatives' dogs, I have had training on interacting with animals via the Anti-Cruelty Society here in Chicago although I do not currently volunteer with them.
