Pet care experience
I have experience as an intermediate dog volunteer at the SF SPCA. During my time there I walked and worked with dogs with behavioral problems, helped puppies with their socialization skills, and worked with extremely jumpy or shy dogs. I helped dogs become more adoptable and overcome their challenges through positive reinforcement tactics. With my experience, I hope you can trust me to be there for your pup :)

Andrea was great with our dog who takes a while to warm up to people. She was also very flexible with last minute changes to our schedule. I highly recommend!
Andrea has been amazing w my very shy formosan. She has been very patient with Cricket who took some time to warm up. She includes plenty of detail in her reports so I could rest assured that Cricket was making a good friend and practicing all her tricks. She even intuitively brought a puzzle that helped put cricket at ease.
Andrea was amazing with our high energy dog. She communicated with us very well while staying with our dog at our house while we were away, and gave our dog plenty of exercise. She is one of the best dog sitters we’ve had!
She took excellent care of our two little dogs over the weekend. We appreciated her walk updates and her ability to be flexible when we were stuck getting home from our trip.

A typical day
I’m an active person myself so it is easy for me to adapt for both high and low energy dogs. I love running, hiking, especially with dogs! I also love playing with dogs who are more low-energy and need other forms of play-time such as toys and fetch!

My schedule is very flexible. I tend to be available most days of the week. Taking part time online classes as I wait out my leave of absence from university.
