I am a dog lover through and through. I understand how stressful it is to leave your dogs with anyone and make sure they're safe and happy. I am an experienced volunteer at the Honolulu Humane Society and other dog rescue non-profits with a friendly Pom/Sheltie of my own. Our living area is spacious and the dogs are welcome to join me for a cuddle on the couch, play in our fenced yard and go for walks. If I have to run any errands, they can join me, if my husband is the car, so we can run the air conditioning. As mentioned, I understand how stressful it is to leave the little one behind. As for myself, I worry if my dog will be safe, well taken care of, or sad. My past experience with dogs has helped me determine if a dog is distressed and what do to comfort them. I am a new mother of a beautiful baby girl and my husband is a stay at home dad, so the dogs won't ever be unsupervised. Also, I love to text photos and updates all day!
