Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around dogs, including with my grandmother who was the president of the Winnipeg Humaine Society and owned, trained, and bred dogs her whole life. She, along with other family members, taught me how to properly care for pets. I currently do not have my own dog but I love spending time with my friends’ dogs, volunteering to help with them whenever I can.

This was Goosey’s second time having Andrea stay him. I was thrilled to have her back and felt so confident that Goose was having a great time at home. She sent so many updates, followed all of my specific instructions and left the place super clean!
Lots of wonderful updates while I was away and came home to two very happy girls!!
Andrea was the best. She took such care and attention to detail with my high maintenance pup, sent me multiple pictures everyday and it was clear to see that he was having an amazing time and felt comfortable!
Luna and Esme had a great time. I was so happy and confident leaving my girls with Andrea!

When dogsitting in the owners home, I am very mindful of keeping the space tidy and clean. No matter what scenario, I prioritize the safety, comfort, and happiness of the dog I am caring for.

A typical day
I love going on walks and playing with dogs accommodating their varying activity levels. I love walking in the forest or near any body of water! I also love having quality quiet time with a cuddly dog, making sure they feel safe and comfortable.

I am a recent university graduate working part time in person at The University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford and part time from home. I love getting outside for walks, using it as a chance to catch up on my current audiobooks, and I always love having the company of a furry friend!
