I worked as a vet tech when I was in high school for a year before I joined the Air Force, and while I was in the Air Force I volunteered at my base (in Germany) at the Pet Lodge and vet clinic. I have a GSD who is 7 years old and my best friend!

The care for a dog or cat will depend on the dog or cat. For example, my GSD goes to annual checkups, gets Bravecto every three months, and stays up to date with Heart Gard. Then we used to have an alaskan malamute that had Lupus and took him to the vet weekly, gave daily medications, managed water intake, food intake, and cleaned messes due to his inability to control bladder. I have cared for critical patients in the clinics I have worked in. Additionally, I don't mind cleaning up messes, comfortable with giving medication, comfortable with taking animals to vets, I love to work on their training.. I'm comfortable with most things that has to do with animals.

I can work with any dogs and cats that have special needs, medications, or injections. I would like to know before-hand so I can ask any questions and gather a full understanding of the animal’s needs. The more information you provide about their schedule and personality, the better I can assist to keep your dog/puppy/cat stimulated and happy!
A typical day
I love to provide dogs and cats stimulating activities that is based off their personality and needs. This can range from a long walk, a small run, fetch, stimulating toys or games. I like to walk dogs around their environments (home), because they are very curious to what is going on outside their home and what the sounds are that they can/may sometimes hear. I love to play stimulating games with both cats and dogs.

My schedule is flexible on both the weekdays and weekends. I will not be able to stay the night when in-home dog or cat sitting.
