Andrea was amazing, she took such good care of my boy Thor. She sent lots of pictures and updates and I could feel that she had a great time and that my guy really liked being around her. I will definitely book Andrea again when I need help with Thor.

I had a bilateral hip preservation surgery in April, 2023, and I needed someone on a relatively short notice to take care of my almost-two-year-old Labrador Retriever Bart for a protracted period of time while I was incapacitated, postoperatively. I was very fortunate, to that end, to find Andrea on the Rover app. Upon review, I saw that she was located reasonably close to my home and was accepting new clients. I promptly contacted her with my predicament, which was where I told her that I wouldn’t be able to take my buddy out (or, drop him off anywhere) for quite some time. Andrea agreed right then and there to begin coming to my home, starting the very next day, five times a week, to walk my dog. At a time when I was at my most vulnerable—that is, laying in a hospital bed, at home, either alone or with very little supervision, and unable to walk or even use the facilities by myself while I recovered—Andrea acclimated not only herself, but also, my dog Bart, to the situation with almost superhuman speed and instincts. She immediately became a fixture in the household, to the benefit of everyone else’s schedule, and never had any complaints. I was moved by her polite and almost shy demeanour—to this day, she continues (as, she is most welcome) to enter the house of my parents without a sound; in this way, she makes her presence known to everyone in a most respectful and non-interfering way, particularly in light of the unpredictable goings on of others. While everyone else comes and goes, Andrea remains reliable, and it is my pleasure to write about and commend her for her hard work after almost five months on the job with my dog. She is an honest, trustworthy, and talented individual with integrity and care for her work. My dog Bart loves her—and, he also learns a lot from her—and I know I can always trust her with him. For the above reasons, and more, I hold Andrea in the highest possible regard. I would, therefore, wholeheartedly recommend her for your pet.
