Dogs have always been in my life; I had a Golden Retriever that kept my family company for a beautiful fifteen years. Before she left us, I helped care for her when her kidneys began falling, before then I helped with the physical therapy we took her to for her joints, and I also took her to acupuncture appointments. I did a 4-H club where I trained and showed two dogs that were not mine, and was also taught about the medical basics of dogs. At twelve I got my very own dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who's still with me and is unfixed, so I know how to assist with dogs in heat. I fostered an old fight dog for about a week and fostered a German Shepard mix for about a month, both until found their forever homes. I've dog sat for multiple neighbors as they all have known my love for our four legged angels.
