Hi! We are Andrea and Tom, a mad dog loving couple! I, Andrea, have had my own dogs for 20 years, looking after them and giving them all the love in the world. Tom is also a mad dog lover and has spent many years caring for dogs belonging to friends and family. Together, we have spent a lot of time looking after dogs, making sure they are fed and watered, given lots of love and attention, lovely walks and more! Sadly all my (Andrea) dogs have passed away and we’re now looking to look after dogs. In their old age, I administered medication and have also looked after elderly dogs that have had strict daily medical routines and needed daily injections. Tom has also looked after dogs who were deaf, blind and diabetic. Tom works from home, so your dog will always be in good company. We can offer a safe, relaxing and happy environment for your dog while you're away and will send you regular updates and photos of them during their stay. Ideally, we like to organise a meet and greet with you and your dog prior to the stay. This allows for us to meet and for the dog to become comfortable with us and their new environment. What a lovely couple! We can't rate Andrea and Tom highly enough. They looked after our puppy this week. This was his first time away and we were nervous but we shouldn't have been. Bear was welcomed into their lovely home and we received regular updates. We've already booked him in for other future dates. Thank you so much Andrea and Tom.
Super easy to arrange, lovely couple, and our dog came home well fed, exercised, and very calm. They sent us a few pics and seems like he felt very at home. Would recommend, thank you!
My little Frenchy Nala enjoys spending time with Andrea and Tom. At the end of any dogsitting I can see she had a nice day. She seems to have a better behaviour after any visits. I am doing my part by helping her to be indipendent but I can see that the guys have a positive effect on her. I would raccomand Tom and Andrea to everyone. They are reliable and very friendly.
Andrea and Tom took excellent care of my dog, Menna. She was nervous after making a big move to the UK and I couldn't have asked for a better environment for her to stay a few days. Would very highly recommend!!

We are very flexible to your dogs needs and can make changes in the house if needed. We have space for dogs who are crate trained. We are also close to larger parks such as Temple Newsam and Roundhay.

It would be great to know what your dog is like on a walk. Do they walk on the lead or off? What is their recall like? Are they good around other dogs in public spaces? Please let me know if your dog has any needs or is taking any medication. This is vital for me to really have a full understating of your dog to ensure they feel safe and happy. Let me know their behaviours and what their personality is like. Do they have any triggers or are they afraid of anything? Have they got specific dietary needs? All of this will ensure a great time for your pooch!
A typical day
I like to make sure dogs are stimulated both mentally and physically. Going for walks is so important, giving your dog the opportunity to explore new surrounds. I am able to take dogs on long distance walks if required. I live near a lovely park, in waking distance, which is perfect for exercising your dog. I also live near larger parks such as Temple Newsam and Roundhay. Not only are walks important but playing with your dog is vital too. If agreed by the owner, I am also happy to take your dog in the car to larger spaces such as Yorkshire’s different national parks and coastlines for new adventures. If your dog is extremely active and a keen runner, I am happy to take them on a daily run!

I, Andrea, am at work during weekdays but my husband Tom works from home, so we have the time to look after your dog, making sure they get the love and attention they need.
