Andrea was great!! I was very nervous about leaving my (nervous) dog with a sitter for the first time, and Andrea did a spectacular job with her and keeping me updated to know everything was ok!!

It was going well, but halfway trough my booking, she went M.I.A. For 21 hours straight. I tried calling and texting, but no answer. Thankfully, I had a plan B, considering I was on vacation, 5000 km outside the country. I did reached out to Rover customer support and after they texted, called, emailed her and waited an additional 4 hours for a response, I finally cancelled my booking and got my reimbursement for the remainder of the contract. Eventually, she did respond by text the next morning, but by then I had, understandably, lost all trust. Apparently, she had food poisoning and ended up at the hospital. My first time using Rover, by the way. Needless to say, I’m not a happy customer. I don’t know…, maybe it’s truth, but it’s also truth that my dog could’ve died of the stress of neglect and…walking around in her own urine and faeces for three days.
