Pet care experience
I’ve been pet sitting for family and friends for a few years now, it’s one of my favorite past times. I form a bond with most pets I take care of because I give them a lot of attention, I respect them, I take time to get to know your pets’ personalities, and I listen to how their owners want their pets treated and trained. My favorite activities to do with dogs are going on hikes and playing fetch. I have a big soft spot for Aussies! I love giving cats cuddles and letting them relax with me while watching shows and movies. I’m a natural animal lover and will put my heart into making sure your furry family members are happy and healthy!

Andrea was great! Great communication and took care of our hyper golden retriever. He loved playing and she sent us plenty of pictures throughout our trip. I would definitely ask Andrea to watch our pup again if we go another trip, highly recommend!
Andrea did an amazing job caring for my 2 y/o Bengal cat while I was out of town. She had great communication, sent pictures, was on time to scheduled visits, and played with him each visit. I came home to a very happy cat! I would highly recommend Andrea!

For now, I would rather take care of your pets in your home, ESPECIALLY if it will be my first time meeting your pets. After I take care of your pets a few times, if we’ve bonded and I can see they are well trained, I may be open to accommodating your pet in my home if needed.

Medical needs, preferred toys, how they act around other animals or people that they don’t see regularly, how often they need to be taken out to use the bathroom, HOW LONG YOUR PET CAN GO WITHOUT A CAREGIVER, their temperament, ways to calm them down, and of course, their favorite treats. If this is your first time booking with me, I will want to meet you and your pet first before we make any plans so please plan accordingly! Once we meet and if it’s a good fit, I will be happy to book with you and take amazing care of your pets.
A typical day
I love to play fetch, tug of war, go on hikes, and go on walks with dogs. Taking cats on walks has been more common nowadays and I will absolutely do that for you! With any animal, I also love to snuggle and take a lazy day with them if they just want to chill or take a nap.

Availability
If you need me with your pet 24/7 and don’t want them left alone, I can watch them Mondays after 2pm, Saturdays, and Sundays. If your pet can be alone part/ most of the day, I can be a lot more available. I can do overnights any day of the week. Usually I do not house sit or pet sit on holidays. If I am available on a holiday, rates will be a little bit higher. Glance at my calendar to see which holidays I can accommodate for, typically it will be the minor ones. I keep my calendar updated 1 month in advance (current month and the month after). If you need to book with me further in advance, my calendar may not reflect an accurate availability so go ahead and message me! :)
