Excited to be back on Rover after a hiatus (from the app, but not from dog sitting :). I work from home in climate communications and have been working with dogs since 2012, when I volunteered at an LA animal shelter. After college, I worked for a professional dog walking company in Washington DC and picked up Rover on the side as well. After making a career switch, I left the company, but continued dog sitting for private clients. I’ve got plenty of time and energy on my hands for some furry pals and have extensive experience working with dogs.

Andrea was wonderful with Klaire (Shih-Tzu/Pomeranian)! She spent nearly a week house-sitting and went above and beyond, taking her for extra walks to beautiful parks in the area and playing fun games with her at the house. Equally as important, she was prompt, showed up when she said she would and was very responsive to any questions I had before her stay with Klaire and during the stay. I’d definitely work with her again, and I’m sure Klaire would agree! :)

Andre is the best dog-sitter and walker! She absolutely loves pups and goes way above every time she comes over.
My dog is friendly with just about everybody, but her reaction whenever Andrea visits is something special. In fact, every dog she stops to pet (which are NUMEROUS) is ecstatic beyond words, and it often seems that as much as each interaction brightens up each dog’s day, I can tell they brighten up Andrea’s even more.

I'd like to know any allergies or tender spots your dog may have. Any habits and routes he/she prefers and their age and level of endurance for exercise. I don't have any breed preferences, all dogs are awesome (muts are my fav).
A typical day
Depending on your dog’s activity levels, I can do anything from taking them on long walks to tire them out , to playing with toys inside, even if they prefer a cuddle and a short walk, I’m game for anything.

I work full time from home and can step away for walks or hang outs any time. My schedule is pretty flexible as long as I plan in advance!
