Pet care experience
My family and I have always had dogs around and have always had the pleasure of caring for them. Unfortunately, this past May, our Maltese of 14 years passed away due to cancer. We are not quite ready to take on a new pup of our own, but we would enjoy the company of a temporary companion every once in a while. Because there are a few of us, there is usually someone at home at least every 2 hours, so your dog would be in great company! We are all very easy-going. We have a nice, large yard, but are also perfectly okay with inside dogs. We do accept dogs that aren't crate trained and welcome any pets on our furniture (as I said, we are verrrrry easy-going and it is just what we personally grew up with). However, as long as you let me know what your dog is used to, we will try to adapt to that.

Andrea was fantastic! She lovingly took care of our dog and treated her like part of her family. She stayed in touch and sent photos often. We felt at ease knowing our little doggie was safe and happy while we were away. I highly recommend Andrea!
Andrea is the best dog sitter around!!! My dog loves her, she’s patient and so sweet with Bruce! She started watching him since he was a little puppy and now he’s almost one and I sometimes feel that he loves her more than me! She’s extremely trustworthy and loves to go the extra mile to accommodate to our needs!

I would like to know their usual habits, just so we know what to expect and to assure they are comfortable. What is their eating schedule like? How many minutes/day are they active (playing, going on walks, running, etc?) Are their specific activities they enjoy? Do they chew on objects left on the floor, just to assure how aware we should be of our belongings.
A typical day
We have a few parks close by we can visit. We used to take our own dog to the park every while or so. We love playing fetch or playing at the house in general. You can expect us to go outside and run around, but again, this will depend on the activity level of your own dog. Our neighborhood is very safe, so simple walks around the neighborhood are also feasible.
