I have known Andrea for over 20 years, and cannot speak highly enough of her character. I have two dogs of my own that are treated like family (if not better). Andrea helped me house-train one when she was a puppy, has dog-sat for me on multiple occasions, and treats them as if they are her own. Andrea is an incredibly caring and reliable person and has spent many years putting these traits to work in the customer service arena. She truly cares about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and is a very straight forward person to deal with. I'm not quick to trust people with my pets, but Andrea is one of the few people I have no hesitations entrusting their safety and happiness with while I am away.
