Hi! My name is Andrea and I’m an avid animal lover! I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals since I was a small child! I got my first job working for a dog and cat boarding facility when I was 14, and worked there for 2 years until covid hit. I then got another job at a doggy daycare facility and am a manager! I ran my own Guinea pig rescue and sanctuary for a few years. I am a professional dog groomer and am certified in animal CPR and First Aid, as well as puppy and senior care. I know how to administer insulin and all kinds of medications, ranging from eye drops to injections. I will pick up walks anytime I am available, and typically only do short in home stays

Andrea house sat for me for a few days. I was nervous leaving my diabetic dog who requires shots twice a day. She followed the schedule and double checked things with me. She’s young but she very conscientious about her job. I’ll definitely be booking her for my next trip. My dogs are happy about that too!

If your dog is friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs, let me know! My pack gets hikes and other fun activities, so if your pet is up for that, they’re welcome to tag along! 😊 Client dogs are never off leash when out

If your dog has any kind of injuries/wounds that need addressing, any kind of medical conditions, allergies, etc. I can handle them all, but the more information I have, the better equipped I can be to help them out! I’d also love to know about your dogs personality, how they get along with other dogs, people, things like that. Are they a huge cuddler? Or would they much rather go out and play fetch?
A typical day
With 4 dogs of my own, there’s never a moment of rest or time to not do something fun! I enjoy adventuring with dogs, so hikes, walks, and even things like kayaking are totally on the docket! If your dog is more of a couch potato and would much rather sit on the couch or go on a slower walk to sniff around, then that works just fine too. Does your dog have access to the dog park? Great, me too! If your dog is a fetch dog, then that’s just what we’ll do!

I am a professional pet groomer, so I will typically pick up walks anytime I have free time. Weekends I’m typically always available. Only accepting pet sitting services near me since I also have 4 pooches and a kitty of my own to care for 😊
