Currently I own four dogs and two cats. The dogs range in age from 12 to 2 so I have the "wants to sleep all day senior" and the "I want to play all day younger dog". I love spending time with them, and making sure that they are all happy. One of our dogs has pretty severe allergies, so I am used to giving him medication every day. They all come running when I pick up the bottle because they all know that as soon as he gets his medication, it's treat time! There is a fenced in backyard to run around in as well as a green space behind our house for a more traditional walk in the grass. I live in a subdivision so they would also get longer walks on the sidewalk as long as it isn't too hot out for their paws.
