*Located in South Huntsville* I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I have pet sat for friends and family for years. I am also a foster mom to several puppies for a local non-profit.

Andrea took great care of my boys!
It was my first time using the Rover app and although I was nervous, I still decided to take a risk since it was a last minute decision. Andrea was very nice and friendly but I would not use Andrea again only because my dog was bit by her dog under her care. I paid for a service only for him to come back injured. If you notice that your dog may be getting agitated with mine then I would think you would separate them?Also, I noticed I had to send messages asking how he was adjusting the days she had him. As a pet sitter you should reach out to the pet parent to update them and ease their mind a little. It was just unacceptable and a very big inconvenience for me to take a trip to the vet over my dog getting hurt and infected. Worst nightmare! The good thing is she did notify me right when it happened.
Andrea was so prompt when answering the request and always very quick to respond to all my messages during the day. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and loved our puppy so much! I’d say I wouldn’t give a perfect score Just because it felt a bit rushed at pickup and drop off, I would have wanted to see the place or given a few more details about how Momo was that day. But other than that, she was well taken care of and went to bed as soon as we got home!! Wonderful!!
