I've lived with dogs virtually my entire life. I have experience working with large dogs and I own a Rhodesian Ridgeback that I rescued at 3 months old (he is now almost 10 years old!). I have fostered dogs (Ridgebacks, and Pit Bull mixes) in my home so I have the patience and understanding to deal with the challenging pups. I have worked with animal behavioral specialists when training my own down, so I have a good understanding of what works and what doesn't when communicating with your dog. I am compassionate yet persistent, but always loving and playful. I remain very alert and aware of my surroundings at all times. I pay attention to the cues and reactions given by both my dog and others as they communicate with each other. I love meeting new dogs and I love seeing their happy faces!
