Pet care experience
One thing on my bucket list is when I get my own house I want to foster the dog that has been in the shelter the longest to give them a home.I have been around dogs and cats since the age of 10. During the summer I volunteer at the Houston SPCA to take care of dogs which include walking and playing with them.I have had numerous types of dogs as a child and do not treat or see any dog differently due to their breed. Meeting the different cats through rover definitely brings excitement when seeing them jump and playing with their toy.I feel comfortable with all types of dogs and cats and will do anything to take care of your animal as if they are my own pet. Animals are our best friends and I could not see a world without either. Dogs are the love in this world and it’s a cats world in their eyes and we just live in it lol

Andre and his partner were great with my 2 dogs. I have an older dog (13) and a very energetic 3 year old so not the easiest duo but Andre managed them well. My older dog eats raw + gets lots of supplements but Andre wasn’t frazzled by it. The younger one also has special food. In summary my dogs are high maintenance but Andre and his partner were not frazzled and loved on them for 6 days. I got video updates daily and knew they were being taken care by the right team. I will definitely leave my pups again with Andre! Thank you for taking such good care of them.

Thank you, Andre, for taking care of Otter! Andre watched our newly adopted dog at a last minute’s notice and we’re so grateful for his care and attention! Otter was well looked after, loved her long walk, and was immediately comfortable with Andre. We’ll definitely turn to Andre for future house-sitting needs.

I allow the animal to roam freely however I do not allow them on the bed, but they can lay freely on the furniture. I have a set spot so they may eat and drink at their convenience.

Please let me know if your dog has any health issues or any accommodations that may need to be taken care of. I live in a apartment so sadly the dog has to be potty trained in order for me to take them in and be able to go upstairs.
A typical day
I wake up around 8am and the first thing I do is take your dog on a walk. I have a nice trail by my home and a small dog park. I aim for about three to four walks a day. Based on their feeding schedule I feed them morning and afternoon.

Availability
I currently do River full time. No animal will be left alone for more than 3 hours. Usually I leave to run errands or do other walks / drop ins.
