Andre did a great job taking care of our two kitties! He was communicative and dependable, and made sure to send pictures and updates often! I felt much better leaving my boys alone knowing that they'd be safe and loved on. If I need a catsitter in the future I'll 100% check if Andre is available!

Andre has been an incredible caretaker for my cat, Almond. During university, there was a month's period when the AC in my apartment was broken, and Andre willingly offered to let Almond stay with him at his apartment until this was fixed. At the time, Almond was a fairly skittish cat who didn't socialize much with other people. However, I witnessed her really warm up to him during this time period - she would even run up for headbutts and pets whenever he entered the room, which was fairly uncommon! He also never failed to update me on how she was doing, or if she needed more food or litter; he even sent some pictures of her throughout the week when I couldn’t stop by. Nowadays, they've formed a really close relationship, and I can tell that Almond loves playing with him (as she definitely shows her disappointment in my wand-flicking skills as opposed to Andre's). Outside of just cats, every animal that I've seen interact with Andre has always loved his presence. He has a way with animals that is heartwarming to see, and I always feel confident leaving the care of my cat in his hands. He cares so much about the wellbeing of all pets, both physically and psychologically, and I am so excited to hear that he is pursuing a position as a pet caregiver - it suits him so well!
