Pet care experience
I have been passionate about animal care from a very young age. I was so passionate about it I went on to get a degree in zoology and have since worked in zoo's and as a kennel tech and currently foster special needs kittens. I am experienced in administering medicine, shots, fluids and special diets and caring for special needs animals, from bottle babies to seniors. I am also experienced in house breaking and kennel training puppies. I work from home part-time, which means I have plenty of time to spoil my fur clients! Apart from the occasional grocery shopping trip, I am home 24/7, with most of my day free to cater to the animals in my care. I own a home at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for long walks. I have a spacious backyard with a dog run and a enclosed porch for sunbathing!

Andie was amazingly thorough with communication and thoughtful. Our pups were well taken care of and we will definitely be using her services in the future! It was a pleasure working with her and she made our vacation much more enjoyable knowing she was taking such good care of them!
Andie did a great job watching our 3 cats while we were on vacation. We felt so much better knowing she was checking in on them and she was very detailed with her updates for each visit.
Andie was good to send me pictures and info daily for the entire week. I never worried at all. My Chorkie had a wonderful time. She definitely has a heart for animals. I will definitely use her again.

Our home is the perfect house for older dogs or those prone to anxiety. We're a very calm and laid back household without much commotion. I prefer to limit my number of puppy clients to a reasonable amount while also making sure I try and match personalities and temperaments so that all my guests feel at ease and not overwhelmed.

Please let me know if your dog needs any special medications or a special diet. I am familiar with administering oral and injectable medications as well as specialized diets. It is also important for me to know if your pet it altered or not before their stay and any behavioral issues they may have. There will be an additional $5/night charge for unneutered males or you may opt to bring your own belly bands (male diapers) instead (1 per night).
A typical day
I live in the perfect neighborhood for walks and runs for energetic dogs. As an avid runner, I love having a companion so let me know ahead of time if this is something your dog would enjoy! There are also several parks nearby with great trails for walking and running.

I work from home part time with a very flexible schedule, allowing me to cater to each dogs individual needs. I am happy to accommodate early or late drop offs/pick up with adequate notice and last minute requests.
