Hi there! My name is Andi, I’m on Rover to look for spring/summer work while getting to do something I love, be with animals. I’m a full time ski patroller in the winter and work part time in the summer as a waitress. So now that it’s spring, I have some extra time on my hands that I’d like to fill with things like trail running, going to the lake, and dog sitting! I grew up with and helped raise several animals in my family, volunteered at my local SPCA and have several years of experience dog sitting and walking. However, I do not have any animals of my own right now so I would love the opportunity to help others with their pets! I can take dogs on walks or trail running or swimming, I love anything outdoors. I am a certified EMT and although I do not have education in dog healthcare specifically (yet), my medical and rescue skills are very good. I also work with dogs on the mountain during my winter job as a ski patroller and help train them for avalanche rescue, I even run the Heaveanly avalanche rescue dog Instagram page!
