Since the age of 14, I have been helping family, friends, and neighbors with house/pet sitting their pets. I have looked after big dogs, such as Rhodesian Ridgebacks, all the way to little dogs, such as miniature Schnauzers. I have experience looking after puppies as well as very elderly pups. I also worked at a dog boarding and grooming place for a little over a year before I took on more credits at college. Through this work I was able to work with most dog breeds and learned temperament and behaviors from that experience. I also gained experience working with very anxious dogs as both my families dogs are super anxious around other humans and many of the little dogs at the dog boarding and grooming facility were working through separation anxiety. I also have experience pet sitting other animals such as cats, chickens, goats, bearded dragons, bunnies, and fish (my neighbor in Oregon had the whole combination along with a puppy all at the same time! :)) My hope is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for your pets to live in during the duration of my care.
