The idea of combining travel with the opportunity to spend time with animals immediately resonated with me. Recently, I housesat a UK cabin for three weeks with two sweet labs together, so my first experience with this system was amazing! I am currently also traveling in the Netherlands and Berlin, housesitting a lot of pups. Dogs have held a special place in my heart since my childhood, and I've always been drawn to their loyal companionship and affection. In fact, I've often been THAT friend who visits solely to spend time with their dog. My dog Luna has taught me the importance of providing undivided attention and care for dogs, and I am pretty good at analysing dog's behaviours and understanding their needs with patience and empathy (with some extra cuddles too). In the past few years, I've gained experience caring for various animals. Plants are important; seeing them die breaks my heart, so your green friends will be in good hands. I take pride in my organisational skills and attention to cleanliness, ensuring your home remains well-maintained. If you'd like, I can also make sure to clean your dog's paws after each walk (which I am used to with my pup). I also have experience caring for cats, but I can only do so for short periods due to allergies. As I prefer not to rely on medication for extended periods, I prioritize shorter interactions with cats to ensure both their well-being and my own comfort :)
