Pet care experience
I have had over ten years of experience caring for my late rescue dog Roxy; as well as friends' and neighbours' dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. Having cared for pets of varying temperaments I have developed an ability to make them feel safe and calm around me. I always respect any boundaries set by both owners and their pets in order to achieve this. I am also experienced in administering medical care to dogs from having to care for my late pup's medical issues throughout her life, and should any owner require medical care for their pet during my time with them please let me know.

Anastasia was great looking after April today! She can be nervous being away from us so it was great that she settled in with her. We got great updates throughout the day, including lots of cute pictures. The Rover Card at the end of the day was really detailed and very helpful!
Was so good with my dog gizmo! Kept me updated throughout his whole stay and really made him feel at ease as he can be quite anxious! Would definitely board gizmo with Anastasia again 😌
Anastasia was really gentle and helpful with peaches . She kept me posted about her activities. She paid extra care to her needs and also took efforts to take peaches out for walks as and again . I would definitely book peaches with her again .

Every pet has different interests and personalities so I will always pay attention to your pets needs and put them first. I love to go for walks and spend plenty of time outdoors with dogs and cats alike. With a lush fenced-in back garden there will always be opportunities for your pet to get all the potty breaks and exercise that they may need. As someone who knows how it feels to leave your pet in the care of a new person, I will always do my utmost to ensure that everyone is relaxed and comfortable throughout their booking with me, by keeping an open line of communication. Please let me know of any specific needs for your pet, I am happy to accommodate for a variety of behavioural and medical requests. As someone who has cared for a special needs dog I realise just how unique an individual pet's circumstances may be. Some examples of things I would like to know: - Your pet's comfort levels with a lead and how many walks per day they require. - What is their usual daily routine and what are their favourite things? - How is your pet with other animals? - What is your pet's usual temperament and if they are fearful or reactive to anything specific. - Does your pet have any allergies or dietary requirements? - Any important medical information.
A typical day
I will take your dog on plenty of walks, your cat too if they enjoy that activity. Walks along the Kelvin and the canal are two of my favourites. There will be plenty of relaxing time outside in the garden, and trips to dog parks if they are requested.
