I spent my weekends as a child and teen volunteering at my local animal shelter, walking dogs and socializing cats. In addition to that, I frequently rescued stray dogs in my local area up until moving for college. I have house sat and walked dogs for friends and family over the years and honestly miss it!

While I cannot board dogs in my home, I own a very spicy cat, I always ensure to leave the houses where I have dog sat cleaner than when I arrived. I understand that some dogs can make a mess due to separation anxiety and I am more than happy to work them through it. I have a tendency to monitor dogs if they are in a fenced backyard, as I want to make sure that I clean up after them/ make sure thet don't jump the fence.

I would like to know the dogs temperament and energy level prior to accepting. For my own safety, I do not work with dogs that have shown any signs of aggression in the past.
A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on nice longs walks, preferably in nature so they can take in all the amazing sights and smells. If not that, I have taken many to dog parks where we have played fetch and tug-of-war.

Availability
I work a full time job during the weekday but have availabilities in the evening times after 6, excluding Monday and Tuesday. I am more flexible during the weekends, sans Saturday between the hours of noon and two.
