Pet care experience
Hi everybody! My name is Ana and I am a total pet person. I grew up with dogs (and cats) and have been house/pet-sitting for years for friends and family when needed. Because I've been around pets my whole life, I have an easygoing way with them and can adapt to any training/discipline styles. I am great at following routines, comfortable giving medicine, and can walk your dog or easily go to dog parks if your dog is accustomed to that. I also love giving snuggles and will play all day if needed. Please contact me if you want someone caring, experienced and patient to be with your pet when you are unable to.

Ana is our favorite! She has been our go-to for years and I’d recommend her to anyone. We couldn’t be happier leaving our two large Golden’s in her care: they love her and we know they are being fed, walked, and loved on just as we would (and oftentimes better!).
Ana is a great dog caregiver. She loved our dogs like her own pets. She kept them for the weekend and was in our home. She is very responsible and I felt very comfortable leaving her here with our dogs. She not only cared for our dogs, she respected our home. P.S. we received updates and photos throughout the weekend.

What is most important to me when caring for pets is that they are comfortable and feel safe. I try to follow their normal routine as closely as possible and build a relationship with them so that they feel less anxious about their owner’s absence.

I would like to know what words they have been trained with and what their disposition is like. Also, it's helpful to know if they are afraid of anything. I do have a cat at home, so if your dog is not good with cats I will not be able to board them in my home - but am absolutely comfortable coming to your home.
A typical day
We have a small dog park at my apartment complex and there is a really good walking trail as well. I can take your dog to a dog park if they have their tags, and will play whatever games are their favorite (fetch, tug, etc.) Also, if they have training to work on, I can work on skills like sit, stay, heel with them.

Availability
For the summer, I have a very open calendar! I am free for walks and drop-in visits daily and would be open to longer stays for house sitting as long as there is plenty of advance notice.
