Hi, I'm Ana! I have experience watching animals big & small and know how important it is for them to get their care, fresh air, and exercise. I can walk or run with your dog, short or longer distances- whatever suits their needs! I'm also willing to walk 2 dogs at a time, given they have experience walking together & get along. I grew up with family dogs (lab/pitbull mix & a border collie mix) and watched/walked people's cats and dogs throughout college. Post college- I continued caring for animals professionally (alpacas, chickens, the occasional barn cat) working as a farmhand. At the farm, I would administer medication, observe herd health, feed, groom, and occasionally walk the alpacas. I'm very comfortable with animal care and love getting to know their unique personalities. I currently have a senior dog named Ellie. As a dog owner, I know how important it is to have support caring for your animal friend and I would love to help you out in making sure they get the love and attention they need!

Please let me know if your dog/cat has any special needs or quirks that will help me best care and interact with them. I'm very open to working with animals that have special care needs or are a little more difficult behaviorally~ so don't hesitate to let me know if your pet has a unique situation so I can best work with them!
A typical day
I like to take dogs on jogs/runs if they have a lot of energy. For the more mellow dog, I like to let them set the pace and stop to sniff the smells along the way for some extra mental stimulation. I enjoy finding nearby parks for walks and switching up the routes for dogs I walk multiple times so they get different experiences throughout their day. Really, it's different from animal to animal, and I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities & work with them. If they're super playful, I'll get their favorite toy & play with them! If they need a little extra love and attention, I'll make sure to give them lots of extra pets! Let me know if you have tips about your pet's favorite activities.

I'm available 7 days a week! My schedule is free Sunday-Saturday 6 am to 4 pm. If you're interested in setting up a weekly schedule with me, let me know.
