We recently boarded our son’s puppy while we were out of town and he had some accidents while in boarding, followed up with emails about it. Then a call that he hurt his leg somehow. When we picked him up the husband angrily accosted me about the puppy chewing up some personal items. I would have resolved this with him then except his anger made me just want to leave to avoid escalation. When we got home, the puppy started peeing in a submissive manner and the brand new cage was dented on the top. I’m not making accusations but I don’t think the puppy was treated well in Ana’s care however I also don’t think she was the aggressor. In short, I’m sure her service is great as long as it is not a puppy and fully trained.

I was very pleased with the boarding if my little dog. She was well treated, taken to the park and seemed comfortable with Ana Laura. I would definitely use her again in the future.
