Pet care experience
For years, I’ve taken care of my own elderly cat and have enjoyed many vacations with friends and their dogs. Recently, I’ve joined the pet and house sitting community and love it! Last year, I became an Airbnb Superhost and take pride in being both an excellent host and guest. I also enjoy interior decorating and tending to my indoor plants and outdoor garden.

Ana was great with Mickey our 12 year old dog. Mickey can bark at people when he first meets them, but he liked Ana right away. She sent us numerous updates, photos and videos which were great to see as we were halfway around the world on vacation. The house was kept very clean and Mickey was well tended to. We would definitely invite Ana to dogsit again.
Ana sat for our 11-yo golden retreiver while we took a quick weekend trip to see family. She was prompt and responsible. Our dog is pretty low maintenance, but he obviously had a great time with Ana because he was pretty blase about us returning! Ana left our house clean and tidy. There was a water-main break near our house on the first day and the water was sparce and rusty for several hours. She put filtered water from the fridge in the dog bowl and didn't make a big deal about it at all. I'd be happy for her to sit for us again!
Ana looked after my two kitties while we were away for two weeks over Christmas 2023. She stayed at my house and took wonderful care of my cats and my home. She's reliable, conscientious and honest. I plan on using her again and recommend her absolutely to anyone who needs a thoughtful, pet caring sitter. Ana was wonderful!

For house sitting, please note that I will need access to overnight parking, since I do not have a City of Boston residence sticker. For cat sits, kindly trim your cat’s nails. Also, please let me know of any allergies, medications, aggressive behaviors, sensitivities, or special needs. If you can write down their feedings and amounts, that would be helpful. Thank you!
A typical day
Depending on the age of the dog or cat, I enjoy time outdoors with them in nature, playtime, snuggling, and their general companionship. They rule the house (and its humans), so I take their lead!

I’m a Boston native and have studied, worked and lived in Canada, Brazil and the US. Currently, I am back in Boston and work remotely as a consultant. When my friend told me about house and pet sitting, I was intrigued! My love of animals and plants made this an obvious choice while my home is being rented out.
