What a disappointment in Ana. We scheduled a 3 hour window for her to stop bye the day before we leave to get details and pick up the keys for our home. She was a no call no show. After many calls and texts, Ana replied say she can’t meet today, how about tomorrow. NOPE, we are on a plane at 6 am for our honeymoon. She did text us at 11:30pm saying to leave the key with the neighbor. Fast forward, she was scheduled to stay at our home with our dogs. After 13 hours of potentially staying at our home, Ana only came twice to let the dogs out. A total of 22 minutes out of 13 hours. Our dogs are our children. We hired her for taking care of our dogs and she failed miserably. We contacted Rover about the situation and they took charge. The next morning we had 5 sitters ready to jump in and help us. Will we use Rover again, Oh Yes. But NEVER ANA AGAIN!!
She stayed with our 2 big dogs at our house. She did a great job!
From the first meeting, Ana was on the floor with my two dogs. She watched them both for a long weekend. When we got home the dogs were tired and our house was very clean. Great job Ana!!
Will definitely be recommending Ana to my friends and family! She drove to me to do a meet and greet before booking and asked all the right questions which gave me the peace of mind I needed for leaving my baby for the weekend. She seemed excited to hangout with my pup which made me very happy. Ana sent lots of updates and pictures and Nava came home exhausted so I know she had a great time!
