Tail-Wagging Fun and Care
Pet care experience
"Welcome to a world of tail-wagging fun and loving care for your beloved pooch! With years of experience in puppy training, I specialize in nurturing and developing the best behaviors in your furry friends, from the playful pups to the wise old-timers. My approach combines patience, positive reinforcement, and a deep understanding of canine behavior, ensuring that every dog gets what they need. Your dog's happiness and safety are my top priorities, which is why they'll have access to a large, fully fenced backyard, perfect for safe, supervised outdoor adventures. Indoor playtime is just as engaging or comforting, depending on your pups energy level. Large breeds are more than welcome here, where they'll find plenty of space to stretch their legs and play. Plus, my energetic 1.5-year-old German Shepherd-Husky mix is always ready to help entertain and socialize with your furry family member, ensuring they have the most enjoyable and enriching stay while you're away. Rest assured, your dog will be in caring and capable hands, receiving the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor fun!"
Reviews
Amy took great care of our dog. She’s quick to communicate and making arrangements together was great. She even did a little training with our dog!! I recommend her services and would use her again.
Amy is an extremely kind, patient, understanding, and loving pet caregiver. She takes fantastic care of her own pets, and always has. She knows how to interpret their signals and moods, and knows how to respond in a way that makes the animal feel comfortable. She understands that all pets have their own little quirks, and she is fantastic at identifying and working with them. She loves animals with all her heart, and has the experience to keep them safe and happy. There aren't many people I would trust with the care of my own dog, but Amy is certainly one of them.

I have a large 6' fenced backyard that I like to throw the ball in for our 1.5-year-old German Shepard Husky+ mix. She has a lot of energy to get out before she can nap. We feed twice a day, breakfast and dinner, with treats for training and bones for chewing throughout the rest of the day. We also use snuffle mats and stuff-toys to help engage her thought process and burn mental energy as well as physical.

A typical day
During your dog's visit, we make every moment count with a perfect blend of physical and mental stimulation, ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and engaged. Our days are filled with a variety of activities including playing with the ball, tugging, running, napping, and sniffing. Your dog will also enjoy social playtime with my friendly 1.5-year-old German Shepherd-Husky mix, who loves making new friends and is great at helping other dogs come out of their shells. This interaction is wonderful for their social skills and overall well-being. In our home, every dog is treated like family. We ensure that their stay is filled with laughter, love, and a whole lot of tail-wagging fun, balancing physical activities with enriching mental challenges for a truly fulfilling experience.

I am a work-from-home mom to a 6-year-old who spends his days at school. I walk my pup twice a day on average, bookending my son's school days. My schedule is very open to another pup joining Kaylee and me in our home for playdates in our big backyard.
