After raising a rambunctious, mischievous Golden Retriever of my own, I can handle pretty much anything you throw my way when it comes to caring for your animals. I'm responsible, dependable, and will treat your babies like they are my own! A little bit about myself: I love the outdoors, caring for animals, and learning on the job. Right now I'm in school working towards my bachelor's degree and hope to pursue medicine after that. Medical school will be a great challenge but I can roll with the punches. Along with my interest in medicine, I'm comfortable administering medications and caring for special needs animals (my boy Henry has had his fair share of medical mishaps and is on daily medications himself). Our furry friends need even more attention than people in that area since they can't tell us when they're feeling unwell. I'm in the process of learning more about pet CPR, how to clear a choking animal's airway, and how to perform basic first aid should it be needed on the job. In my opinion, it's always best to be prepared for the worst and hope you never need to use those skills.
