Pet care experience
Hi! My pet care experience started in college. During graduate school, I worked in a cat boarding Inn as a receptionist and their main cat-sitter for a year. From working there, I learned to administer meds to pets (injecting insulin, various pill methods, injecting IV, etc). Recently moved back to the Bay so I’m looking to restart my Rover experience here! Through my years of experience, I'm exceptionally detailed, communicative, and above all attentive to the pet's needs.

Our doggies loved Amy! She was super communicative and spent lots of time playing with them.
Amy did a great job with our 2 dog/cat house sit up in the hills. I got home to a spotless house and two very relaxed and tired dogs from their daily hikes. Amy was also flexible and communicative with date changes and a jammed lockbox. Thanks for being patient with us Amy! Will definitely book again.
I can’t recommend Amy enough! She was communicative, friendly, and most importantly, connected to my cat, Zoe, instantly. Amy sent pictures of Zoe and made me feel so at ease during the entirety of her time with her. I will definitely use Amy’s services again. She’s truly a professional.
Amy took great care of my pup! She sent multiple photos every day, took him to the dog park/on long walks, and kept an eye on his irritated paw for me :) I look forward to booking with Amy again!

A typical day
Whatever makes them happy but safe! For dogs, I love taking them on hikes or longer scenic walks if they have the energy. I am trying to learn to skate so I can skate with dogs to run their energy down in a more fun way. If your dog is sociable and comfortable in highly stimulating environments, I can also take them to the dog park. I love watching dogs have fun freely and socialize. For cats, I figure out, or ask during the meet and greet, what their favorite toy is so we can play. Or if they only need and want pets, I will simply pet and cuddle them.

I plan my schedule around my Rover schedule. My experience in research for my day job has equipped me with being well organized and good at time management so I’ll never not have time for your pets needs :)
