Hi! My name is Amy, and I’m a huge dog fan. I have 3 pups of my own, and have been taking care of dogs/cats for 15+ years. I truly believe no home is complete without a dog in it! I have done extensive training with my own dogs to promote good manners and positive leash-walking, and can guarantee that a walk with me will include lots of basic training and positive reinforcement! I also have basic knowledge of healthcare issues for dogs. I look forward to meeting many new dogs, and walking them, playing fetch, visiting local parks, etc. As a lifelong pet owner, I know how important it is to entrust your pet’s care to someone, so I am committed to providing the best care for your beloved animals. I have completed a Pet Sitting Certification Course (Certificate #GXUNHA6E), which includes instruction on safety, animal handling (dogs, cats, fish, rodents, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, and birds), pet ailments, and pet first aid. I have also completed a Pet First Aid Certification Course (Certificate #09GR1QTQ). ***Mike and I are excited to announce that we are adding a 2-legged member to our family in July. As a result, we will be boarding lighter, and services will be limited in the months closer to our due date. We recommend that you plan ahead, make your reservation with us as far in advance as possible, and have good backup options in place in case we are unavailable.*** Dogs staying with me will enjoy lots of playtime with my own pups. On warm days, we will open up the puppy pool in the backyard and let the dogs play in the water. We have a large, fenced in backyard, where the dogs can run and play! We also go on long, group walks through the neighborhood. Once the dogs are all tired out, they get lots of cuddle time with me and my pack!
