Pet care experience
Hello! I moved to Savannah from Chilly Chi-town about a year and half ago. I am a retired college educator and moved here to be closer to family and the wonderful city of Savannah. I have had pets all my life and most recent was a foster fail (lol) for my sweet dog named Peanut who was my Covid rescue. Sadly, I lost him a few weeks after arriving to a congenital heart condition. I am also currently volunteering for Renegade pet rescue in Savannah and love helping to find them forever homes. I have a flexible schedule and love to care for animals because they deserve the best! They give us so much unconditional love in return. I would care for your pet like it was my own and I am THAT woman who asks if she can say hello to every pet that walks by. Amy was wonderful!! Found her at the last minute and I am so glad I did. She was so sweet with our new puppy and older dog. She even snapped a few photos for me. We will definitely be using her again!! Highly recommend her!

I would not use her again as a matter of fact I requested she cancel the last 3 days. Had to call Rover to solve my problem with the refund. They promptly resolved the issue

A typical day
I have access to many trails and parks nearby to take pets out for a fun walk and to meet others. I live in a very pet friendly neighborhood so fur babies can meet new friends. I like to challenge pets with fun games such as a food puzzles and some basic training with supportive cues if they are not already trained. Dog parties are frequent in my neighborhood, too! We love, love, love our fur babies!

I am currently making pet care my full time priority and have a great deal of flexibility. I am available for walks and drop-ins, as well as overnights in your home. Please reach out and we can work together to make a plan. So far I have cared for dogs, cats, chickens, reptiles, fish, horses, and peacocks!! I require a 3 day notice for all bookings and cancellations. Much appreciation for your attention to this request. Discounts available for new clients!
